Who we are

What drives us

At Sayin we know how isolating, frustrating, and scary it can be to find quality care in the behavioral health space. Our mission is to bridge the gaps of the current healthcare system through connection and simplification. Sayin is a web application that enables the simple creation of secure environments for healthcare seekers and healthcare providers to share knowledge, services, and support. The general population greatly desires to play an active role in the quality and types of behavioral healthcare that they receive.Yet are often left out of the talking table. Sayin brings everyone together, removes unnecessary obfuscation, and allows the secure and seamless transfer of client critical information. It accomplishes this by giving a voice to the people and by providing avenues to easily construct networks that support each and every healthcare journey.

Due to privacy and security laws, behavioral health companies operate under a thickly veiled blanket in which transparency seems impossible. This has created an oasis for those who overpromise and under deliver. Which has proved to be a significant detriment to most Americans, particularly those part of minority and underserved communities. It has also greatly contributed to the national crises relating to opioid abuse, depression, anxiety, alcoholism, and suicide.

Sayin pierces this seemingly impenetrable veil via its proprietary review and feedback system that allows users to stay anonymous while also validating and verifying their claims of receiving services from a given healthcare provider. When leaving a review, the platform captures demographic, occupational, and other critical pieces of information to extract insights. These insights illuminate how healthcare providers and interested government bodies can better serve the populations that utilize these services most.

The healthcare ecosystem

There are three main actors within the behavioral healthcare ecosystem. Healthcare providers, healthcare seekers, and government bodies (hereafter referred to as analytics consumers). We have deduced that the main cause of the gaps of care that we see in the current healthcare system is due to the lack of free flowing information between these parties. Each of the following services are designed to help attack this multifaceted problem with tact and precision. Focusing on simplification and accessibility for as many people as possible.

How we measure success

We believe that access to data and information is the center of democratizing high quality care. When we know exactly who, when, and how people are getting great care, we are able to more accurately and acutely invest in these services.

Client Success

Utilizing the data aggregation components of the application, we can track and gauge the improvements of individual care journeys as healthcare seekers engage with communities, hubs, and providers across the platform.

Institution Success

By combing through Client Success data, we can extrapolate on this and determine how successful institutions, such as healthcare providers, universities, and companies are at enabling their diverse populations to find the best care.

Community Success

This metric will be available for Community owners to see the general success that their efforts have on the overall wellbeing of their members.
